Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing EDGIT! We strive to make your shopping experience seamless, from browsing to delivery. Below, you will find all the details about our shipping process, powered by Ninjavan, Singpost, and DHL.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship domestically and internationally. Domestic shipping will be powered by Ninjavan, while international shipping will be powered by Singpost and DHL. Please scroll down for more information on shipping options, shipping costs, and delivery time.
Processing Time
For items in stock, orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. For items that require manufacturing, it will take around 7 days for manufacturing. We will try our best to expedite the processing time. Orders received after 5pm will be processed the next working day. Please take note that processing times may be slightly longer during promotions or new launches.
Undeliverable Packages
If our shipping partners are unable to deliver your package due to an incorrect address or unavailability after multiple attempts, your order will be returned to us. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, please inspect your package upon delivery. If your order is lost or damaged, contact us within 2 days at edgitsales@gmail.com, and we will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue.
Domestic Shipping (Singapore)
Shipping Fees
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free delivery on orders above S$30.00.
- Standard Shipping: A flat fee of $3.90 applies to orders below S$30.00.
Delivery Time
Once your order is shipped out, Ninjavan will deliver it usually within 1-3 working days. You will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your package in real-time.

Expedited Shipping will be sent via DHL Express, and is estimated to be sent within 3 working days.
Rates are subject to change and will be updated on the check out page. Delivery timeframe does not include manufacturing time, especially for products that are not in stock.
